Kasatka gazed over at her daughter attempting to catch birds "Oh my sweet girl, how she loves to hunt them birds" she thought to herself. She saw Tilikum swim away from the group, she was really tempted to go after him. "No" she told herself "that would just make you look desperate and dumb" She also wanted to settle things with Shamu, she wasn't entirely sure how she wanted to handle the situation, there was no way she wanted to let Shamu remain matriarch, but she didn't want to be rude either. Shamu reminded Kasatka of her daughter Kalia and she didn't want to hurt her. She decided she would just start with asking Shamu some questions "So Shamu, how long have you been matriarch?" she clicked politely enough, there was still a bit of an edge to her clicks however.

Shamu looked at Kasatka.
"Oh, Id say about... 2 1/2 or 3 years?" Shamu said proudly, she was very satisfied with her position, but didn't like to brag or show-off - that's what ticks her off about some whales. "Ive enjoyed my position for that long as well, and I do not intend on losing it."

Nalia saw the gazes of the other cows at Tilikum. They wanted him too! Hmmph, that just would not do. She swam up to Tilikum and formally interduced herself. "Hi, Tilikum, as you heard, I'm Nalia. So, I was just wondering if you could tell me a little bit about life here. Itll probably take me a little while to adjust to the new life here. Are all of these other whales new too?" She clicked sweetly. She didnt want to makw it /too/ obvious that she liked him. That would make her seem desperate and creeperish.

"That's impressive for such a young whale" Kasatka thought "That would mean she was Kalia's age when she started." "That's what you think. You are such a young whale" Kasatka clicked "You need to live your age for a bit, and still have much to learn. You are very mature for your age i must admit, however you need someone to guide you"

Shamu wanted to glare at Kasatka, but didn't want to be rude.
"I am perfectly fine with my life, and again, do not intend on changing it." Shamu flatly stated, "I do not need to be guided, as you admired, I'm very mature for being nine."
Shamu felt like she was suppose to be intimidated by Kasatka, but shrugged it off.

"Err, well Ive lived here for ten years, always been dominant whale at every park I've lived in, and I won't change it." Tilikum glanced at Nalia, mostly ignoring her because he knew it was just another female who wanted him. He left her in his wake and speed swam off to the slide out, where he saw Jayma.

"Look, I respect that you are ademant about your position." Kasatka clicked, like Shamu she did not want to be rude either, that would not help her cause "But like you I am too and do not intend on loosing it. I was the matriarch at my previous park for almost the entire time I was there." And I am not going to let a little whale like you keep me from that, she wanted to add, but she was trying very hard to remain composed and calm.

"Oh, cool." Tilikum had just swam off rudely and disrespectively. "Hmmph" Nalia sighed. She decided she would practice some behaviors on her own in the show pool. She did a perfect kicker and corkscrew. Then sped around the perimeter of the pool and finally came to the center and did a beautiful bellyflop. She had forgotten that Tilikum was in the pool and hoped he didnt think she was a show off.

Artemis let out a sigh. "Wow, I haven't even been here that long and already there is disagreement." She closed her eyes to regain her focus. "I better go check on Ramses and Kalia just in case a fight breaks out," she thought to herself, smoothly gliding through the water towards her son and his new friend. Artemis really didn't like to fight at all unless her son was in danger. She glanced back at Tilikum, who was swimming away from Nalia. "Hm," she thought. "I have no interest in becoming his mate, but I can tell under all that toughness, he is probably a sweetheart inside, after all, most large males are like that," she chuckled to herself.

Cari swam to the surface and looked around. She let out a sigh. This was the first time in her life that she had been moved to another Marine Park since her capture. She called out. "Hello? Where am I?"
Kalani followed his mother. He was excited. This was a new place.
